St Ann’s Well Academy Remodelled for the 21st Century

25th September 2012

The £1.28 million transformation of St. Ann’s Well Academy has now been completed.  The academy benefited from the investment through the former government’s Primary Capital Programme.  Four classrooms have been extended and a further four have been completely refurbished to provide eight high quality learning environments.  There have also been improvements to the schools electrical systems and ICT infrastructure.

Steve Parry the Headteacher said ‘We are delighted with the improvements to the academy buildings.  St. Ann’s Well Academy is now a modern school with up to date facilities which the local community can be proud of and which will provide a stimulating environment for the pupils.'
