The L.E.A.D Academy Trust is delighted to welcome Radford Academy and Jubilee L.E.A.D. Academy. Both of these academies are located in Nottingham and joined on the 1st December 2014.
Radford’s Headteacher, Meeta Dave, said, “Radford Academy is delighted to be part of the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust. We know we are joining a group of like-minded schools who strive to deliver the best outcomes for their children and families. We certainly believe that working in a strong partnership like this will help to ensure that not only do all children achieve academically but, in addition, they have had a wealth of opportunities which prepare them for their adult lives as global citizens. This has been a huge decision for us but we know it is the right time for a change. Working alongside all the other L.E.A.D. schools and under the guidance of the directors and staff we are looking forward to very positive and exciting times ahead.”
Jubilee’s Headteacher, Russell Morley said, “It is fantastic news that Jubilee have now officially joined the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust. I am thrilled at the future prospects for our school, and most importantly, for our wonderful children. It is something that our school has needed for some months and we are fully embracing the opportunity to work with a group of schools and leaders with a proven track record of school improvement. To know that there is a dedicated and thorough team of professionals with such experience behind them is a tremendous advantage. I know that the partnership work in the immediate future, and for the more distant future, will help drive up Jubilee’s standards for all of our children.”
