Business Development Manager (1 year contract initially)
The L.E.A.D. Academy Trust is a registered charity created in 2011. We aim, through outstanding leadership, to provide the highest quality education to enable every pupil to realise their full potential. The Trust currently consists of 12 academies that are based in the East Midlands delivering education to 3,500 children. Our academies share similar characteristics and serve diverse, multi-cultural communities. Within the Trust we have a Teaching School that delivers educational urban leadership development programmes and the licensed leadership curriculum.
The L.E.A.D. Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager for L.E.A.D. Services within our developing national and international range of educational and business services. The range of services currently includes: finance, ICT, MIS, HR, Teaching School programmes, leadership programmes, school improvement services, academy conversion services and governor services.
This role would suit a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial and dynamic individual with a successful track record in developing business and education services.
The successful candidate will lead on monitoring and quality assurance of service delivery and more importantly promote, secure and enhance the current levels of activity through securing new business and growth.
