We are currently recruiting for a Governance and Conversion Lead, who will facilitate and project manage the process of new schools joining our Trust, alongside the management of governance both at a academy level and at MAT Board level.
The post holder will need both an up to date and practical knowledge of governance within education and how to adapt this to the academy model. They will need to work collaboratively with school governors, key stakeholders within the Multi-Academy Trust and external contacts.
As project facilitator for academy conversions, the key skills required is communication and leadership to ensure all departments are working towards a common goal.
Previous experience in school governance is essential alongside a strong knowledge of the conversion process that goes alongside a school becoming an academy.
