We have an opportunity for an HR professional to join an experienced and commercially focused HR team who are proud to work within a true hybrid culture. Our mission is to support our c.1700 staff across 27 schools in raising standards to ensure our 11,500 pupils receive the best education possible.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent administrative and note taking skills who has experience in supporting managers to deliver effective sickness absence case management. Reporting into the HRBP, this is a genuine hybrid role working across our academies in Sheffield, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Derby with flexibility for home working.
The key to your success will be your ability to communicate effectively, your proven organisational skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with your stakeholders.
