The L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, based in Nottingham, is seeking to appoint a CIPD qualified (or equivalent) HR Business Partner to be responsible for the operation and development of the HR function within the Trust.
The role will include:
This post would be suitable for someone who has proven experience in an HR business partner role within education. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to assume full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the HR function and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
This post is a permanent, full-time post and will be based in Nottingham; travel between the schools will be expected.
