We are looking for an HR Business Partner to contribute to a proactive, effective and efficient HR service, ensuring that strategies are in place to balance the needs of individual academies whilst supporting the delivery of the L.E.A.D. strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional support and advice to colleagues, academy headteachers and senior staff on employee relations and other HR matters.
