International and Languages Education and Development Manager

Join us as a Languages & International Dimension Education Manager to inspire and motivate teaching colleagues across our Trust and Teaching School Alliance.

If you have a successful track record of high quality teaching, leadership and educational advisory roles, L.E.A.D. Academy Trust would welcome your application.

This role requires the successful candidate to lead on the development of Modern Foreign Languages and the International Dimension across both primary and secondary academies within the Trust and across our Teaching School Alliance. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of outstanding teaching & leadership within schools and extensive experience of advisory roles and school improvement.

  • Do you play a in key role in the leadership and development of MFL within or beyond your school?
  • Have you partnered with other schools to promote collaborative working and the sharing of good practice in relation to the International Dimension?
  • Do you have experience of observing lessons and providing feedback to help the development of others, including at subject leader level?
  • Do you have experience of advising Headteachers on the improvements required across the MFL curriculum?

The successful candidate will partner with leaders and teaching colleagues across the Trust and the Teaching School Alliance, working to inform their school improvement plans to highlight and roll out strategies that have a positive impact on pupil outcomes in MFL and the International Dimension.
