Job description:

Windmill L.E.A.D. Academy currently require a talented, energetic and enthusiastic KS2 teacher to join our fantastic team at our rapidly improving school. We would like applications from excellent practitioners who feel they could help the school build upon its strengths and work towards outstanding standards of achievement.  Areas of additional responsibility for this TLR position include either: leadership of a year group or, leadership of a core curriculum area across the school.

All successful candidates will be strongly supported and developed at Windmill.  We have three teachers per two classes to support timely developments in teaching and learning. In addition, experts are employed to ensure we have high quality provision in a range of curriculum areas such as music and Spanish. 

Windmill L.E.A.D. Academy is a member of the L.E.A.D Multi-Academy Trust  which is a group of schools working together to share good practice, provide the highest quality education and enable every pupil to realise their full potential.
