Job description:

We are looking for a talented individual to assist in our continued success in the delivery and enhancement of a broad and balanced curriculum for all pupils across the Trust. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • supporting the Director of Teaching School in delivering a service to all the academies within the Trust; initially focussed on the L.E.A.D. Award activities;
  • effective liaison with a wide range of stakeholders within the Trust;
  • assisting in the identification and exploring of opportunities for growth and expansion of both the existing range of enrichment activities and the development of additional activities to add to the LEAD Award portfolio;
  • identifying opportunities to access additional funding opportunities; 
  • coordinating the associated administrative processes to ensure the effectiveness of the delivery of the service.

This is a full-time position and will be based in our Head office, however regular travel to the academies in the East Midlands will be expected.  In return, L.E.A.D. offer excellent benefits including, 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) plus a generous local authority pension scheme.
