Are you a qualified teaching assistant who would thrive off a new challenge and more flexible working hours?
We have a unique opportunity and a unique role to offer two forward thinking people who care passionately about positively changing children’s lives through education. The role will involve some one-to-one support for key individuals with specific learning needs and supporting learning in groups throughout the afternoon – this will mainly be nurture support. The role will then be to design and lead an after school club to support vulnerable groups of learners to enable them to succeed with homework tasks in a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment. All successful candidates will be strongly supported and developed at Windmill. The roles are brand new and would suit creative, caring people with initiative, who thrive on challenge and enabling children to develop.
Hours will be from noon to 6pm each day term time only. Reduced hours starting later may be negotiated for the right candidate.
