Job description:

Contract type: Full-time and permanent.

Start date: Autumn term 2016.

We currently require a talented, energetic and enthusiastic teacher to join our fantastic team at our good school. During Ofsted’s visit a year ago they recognized that our school had “transformed” and acknowledged that “teachers and teaching assistants form a strong and effective team”. This is an exciting time to join us on our journey to becoming an outstanding learning community! 

We would like applications from motivated, excellent practitioners who feel they could help the school build upon its strengths and work towards outstanding standards of achievement. 

The position would be most suitable for teachers wishing to develop their career further.  A TLR is be available for leading core curriculum developments across the school or, developing aspects of teaching and learning across KS2.  The potential for career development is huge in L.E.A.D schools.

All successful candidates will be strongly supported and developed at Windmill.  Expert teachers are employed to ensure we have high quality provision in a range of curriculum areas such as PE, art, music and Spanish

Windmill L.E.A.D. Academy is a member of the L.E.A.D Multi-Academy Trust  which is a group of schools working together to share good practice, provide the highest quality education and enable every pupil to realise their full potential.
