Teaching School Coordinator

Are you an experienced and confident coordinator looking for your next challenge?  

The L.E.A.D. Academy Trust is an established and growing multi-academy trust, committed to providing the highest quality education to enable every pupil to realise their full potential.   

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and collating bookings, attendance and feedback from training sessions;
    • Liaising with the marketing team to promote teaching school activity;
    • Managing the day to day finances of both teaching schools;
    • Raising purchase orders and invoices;
    • Working closely with senior management to plan budgets.


You will have a wide range of general and finance administration skills. Your excellent attention to detail, great communication skills and good knowledge of excel are a must. You will bring a proactive approach and possess the motivation and flexibility to thrive in an innovative and fast paced environment. 

This position will be based in our head office on The Ropewalk in Nottingham with regular travel to teaching school office locations in Lincoln and Sheffield and occasional travel to the academies and schools within the Teaching School Alliance across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.
