The Trust HR team is now looking to expand in order to deliver a number of new operational HR initiatives. We are now looking for candidates who are interested in completing their Level 5 CIPD qualifications whilst gaining experience within a busy, professional HR team in the education sector.
There are potentially 2 posts available for the right candidates; one based in Sheffield and one based in Nottingham. Travel would be expected to all our Academies therefore a full, clean driving licence would be preferred. Some experience within a HR team at an administrative or junior level would be desirable in order to add the immediate capacity required within a fast paced environment. One of these posts would be a generalist post however would have primary responsibility for ensuring effective implementation and smooth running of a new HR System and would be expected to be an ambassador for the system across the Trust. The other of these posts would primarily be a generalist role across all Academies within the Trust supporting Leaderships teams with case work such as absence, disciplinary and performance. However, both posts would be expected to work together to support the rest of the HR Business Partners. Experience within an education sector would be preferred however this is not essential.
Salary is based on initial employment however this will be increased in line with evaluated pay scales of between £23,111 - £28,221 upon completion of CIPD qualification.
