Phil Creed

Site Manager at L.E.A.D. Academy Trust

Phil has been Site Manager here since 2007

His day-to-day responsibilities are making sure the site is a safe environment for all children, staff and visitors, ensuring all buildings, plant and site systems and security are running smoothly and regularly maintained. He also carry out minor repairs and regular maintenance where possible.

Managing Health & safety on site and within the cleaning team is also part of his role.

He drives the School minibus when our children and staff attend events at other schools and sports grounds.

In 2015 he, as part of a sites team project-managed the transition in moving from our old 1950s building into a brand-new building working closely with the Forest Lodge management team, the EFA, and builders Bowmer & Kirkland.  He also played a key role within the team in the design process with the builders and EFA prior to the build taking place.
