L.E.A.D. Academy Trust has a structured approach to improvement which is applied to all Trust academies. Our ultimate aim is to create academies which are self-sustaining, self-improving, and aligned to a shared set of core principles.
School Improvement Model
Our Directors and Central Team work in partnership with academies, supporting them to overcome their unique challenges. There is a wide range of experience and expertise within the team across educational and non-education support functions. Our aim is to help all academies to become the best they can be.
The Trust’s improvement model is designed to develop the following four key themes:

effective workforce;
effective monitoring;
organisational principles.
