St Ann’s Well Academy in Nottingham is seeking a Deputy Headteacher to play a key strategic role within the Senior Leadership Team from September 2025.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Headteacher and lead on school-wide initiatives to improve behaviour, teaching and learning, and the professional development of staff. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of whole-school policies, championing a positive ethos and high expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading behaviour management strategy and supporting staff with consistent approaches.
• Co-creating and delivering the school development plan.
• Monitoring curriculum delivery and teaching quality.
• Leading staff performance systems and supporting CPD.
• Supporting effective allocation of staffing and resources to deliver best outcomes for pupils.
