L.E.A.D. IT Services, part of L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, is seeking a skilled IT Field Technician to provide on-site IT support across schools and business settings. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team that specialises in supporting the education sector.

The role involves acting as the first point of contact for end-users, managing and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues, and escalating more complex problems to Senior Technicians. Responsibilities include maintaining the integrity and security of IT systems, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery to customers. The role requires regular travel to schools within an hour’s distance from Derby, supporting staff and students with IT diagnostics, asset management, and system improvements.
