Uplands Junior L.E.A.D. Academy is looking for a dedicated Teacher to join the team.

This is a fixed term for 1 year teaching role open to ECTs and experienced teachers. The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupil development and contributing to the wider life of the academy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and teaching lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and schemes of work.
• Assessing and reporting on pupil progress and preparing pupils for assessments.
• Promoting good behaviour and creating a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Working with colleagues to support whole-school improvement and pupil development.
• Supporting the values and vision of the academy and contributing to wider school life.
