Finance Directors’ Networking Forum

We are proud to lead the East Midlands Finance Directors’ Networking Forum, a network for collaboration and sharing of best practice for both finance and business leads in trusts and local authority maintained schools.

Our annual Spring event includes sessions on subjects such as:

• Budget-setting assumptions;
• Trust-level benchmarking data;
• General Annual Grant (GAG) pooling;
• Sharing operating models within trusts.

There is no annual membership, just a single booking fee to attend the session which is usually held at the beginning of March.

The network includes attendees from across the country.
